The time is now, Marion County. We’re calling all activists, advocates, and allies to join the movement to reduce waste and protect our environment. Today’s environment is challenging us all to rethink how we manage the materials in our everyday life. We love recyclers—but we truly celebrate those who repurpose, reuse, revamp, repair, and restore. As Marion County Resourcers, we will lead our region towards a healthier and more sustainable future by changing the way we create and dispose of waste.

Mission
Rethink how materials matter in your life. You can make a difference far beyond recycling. The program will help you reduce, reuse and even repair items you were going to trash. We strive to create an inclusive sustainability network that provides engaging community service focused on the future of materials management.
Become a Marion Resourcer
The next Marion Resourcers Movement training will be held Spring 2024 in Salem. The free course offers expert speakers, meals and field trips for attendees.
